The defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs may be one of the two undefeated teams left in the league after four games of this 2024 NFL season, but Patrick Mahomes and company feel anything but secure as arguably the best team in the AFC.

With the team dealing with many injuries on offense, the Chiefs have signed tight end Jody Fortson off the practice squad to the active roster while also signing cornerback Darius Rush to the practice squad, according to the team's X account.
