Foles also said that Reid creates a culture of accountability, and that extends to even his best players, something some coaches do not do.

Before the Chiefs won it all in the 2019 campaign, they had been competitive for many years but lacked that special something needed to win their first world championship since 1969.

Reid has given them that, as they have made the playoffs in all but one of his 11 seasons as their head coach.
